TWO ROLL FORMING
Tube roll forming is an industrial process that through plastic deformation from flat blank we get the roll formed pipe.
Roundness of pipe is guarantee even on very thin thcikness..
By using special flexible tooling we can cover the diameter range from 75 to 400 mm, without replacing tooling when we you change the size.
About thickness from 1 to 2 mm we are using specific shaft mandrel combined with round chuck for every specific diameter and thickness.
