In this section we are showing you some “customize solution” we already installed.
Basically, what we did is finding and resolving some specific requirement, improuving and making more efficient new working processes, based on our research and combining the Customers experience.
DOUBLE WALL PROJECT
In the HVAC and Chimney industries, we installed machinery for making the rock wool blowing for the double wall tube and accessories for civil and commercial building.
Starting from the raw material like natural rock wool fiber or rock wool glass fiber, today is possible provide solution for delivering the material inside of tube and components, for the proper heating resistance result.
By using this technology we can always get a good material distribution together with a proper density value.
Basic material is the rock wool natural fiber, which is representing the best heating resistance in comparison to “rock wool treated with resin” , and at the same time have a lower production cost.
Another important advantage is coming from the fact you can re use completely all the material scrap.
