In the blowing cabin we are receiving the floc rock wool prepared into the trituration machine for blowing the straight pipe and components.
Dedicate blowing tooling are keeping together the inner/outer pipes during the blowing process, locking the two parts togehter.
Standard gap between the walls is 25-30-50 mm.
Blowing nozzle is working with pressure air for sending the material inside of tubes and, is working as an exhaust system for compensating/decompressing the imploding of the inner pipe during the process.
In the blowing cabin can be worked the following pieces:
- straight pipe with lenght from 250 to 1500 mm
- Inner diameter 80 mm , outer diameter 400 mm
- Sector elbow with angles of 30°/45°/90°
- Tee with angle of 135°
- Tee with angles of 87°/90°
LOCKING OF DUAL WALL PIPES:
Novatec is manufacturing a metallic ring band (Patent solution) for the mechanic connection of inner/outer pipes.
By using this technology is preview the supplying of the following machinery:

LOCKING OF HALF SHELL ROCK WOOL:
Dedicate clamping device to fix and lock the half shell rock woll between inner/outer walls.
